Touch point and email editing

Hello, Please, how to edit this email content? https://prntscr.com/vgi474 I tried at the backend (touch point) but could not find such content. Further, I disabled the option to receive email for quiz completion; however, still both student and instructor do receive that. How to stop that? Thanks
