    when i click the start tour button nothing happens on the bottom left it says as javascript:void(0) am i doing it wrong

    Also have you made any custom changes to the code of the TOURS ?

    Ok I checked your site and found that the js files were loading from CDN and these js files were old. I deactivated your cdn in total cache settings and tours started working again . So please delete your cdn cache and update the scripts on CDn and then check the tours .
