Transfer existing media folder to amazon s3

Hello, WLMS S3 only uploads new media to S3 bucket. Need assistance of how to transfer existing media to S3. I have tried Media Cloud plugin (free), but it gets stock midway. I get this error message with troubleshooting:  UPLOAD SAMPLE FILE There was an error trying to upload a sample file. Error executing "PutObject" on "https://mbamedia.s3.amazonaws.com/_troubleshooter/sample.txt"; AWS HTTP error: Client error: PUT https://mbamedia.s3.amazonaws.com/_troubleshooter/sample.txt resulted in a 403 Forbidden response: AccessDeniedAccess Denied1F3FE2 (truncated...) okay . did you try to put mp4 or pdf file to amazon with this ? please check if client id and secret is correct or not .(there should be no blank spaces there . )   to check this further  please share your site url , admin credentials in private reply to check this issue at your end .

There are mp4 and pdf...are these not allowed?

yes any file is allowed but s3 shortcode embeds video , audio and pdfs only .for the rest it shows just url to download .
