Hello there,
I've followed the steps
https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/buddy-press-translation-using-loco-translator/ https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/translation-guide-by-vibe-themes-support/
And it was working fine. After the update some words went back to english. Do you know what's the issue?
I was looking and I didn't build my site in the childtheme, maybe that is it? Is there a way to move my site to childtheme so when the update cocmes I won't have to do it again?
Thanks
@SystemaBrazil,
Did you saved all your translations in the global folder instead of local folder?
Global Folder for theme translations: /wp-content/languages/themes
Global Folder for Plugin translations: /wp-content/languages/plugins
If your po and mo files of your translations are saved in these folders then it will be safe from losing translation even after the theme update.
Hello,
the po and mo files are save in the global folder for theme, but the plugins wasn't.
I'm redoing it
But even the tour guide that i had already done was lost.
One dout, as i don't have the child theme how do i do the step four : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translating-user-tours-in-wplms/ ?
Thanks
@SystemaBrazil,
You can paste that code in wp-admin > Plugins > Editor > Select WPLMS Customizer Plugin
this error appeared: https://prnt.sc/i8squf
I have two sites, in one it didn't appear and in the other (moveabilities.com.br) it appeared. I used the same translations files in both.
Any ideias what it could be?
Thanks
