Two certificates with same code and only one works fine

Hi, I have 3 certificates in my website. A student had just finished 2 courses with different certificate messages (changes only the duration of the course). All coding is exactly the same (literally copy+paste). One is pretty fine and the other appears the date code [certificate_student_date] on the final image. All other codes are ok like course title and student marks. I'll insert the image in the next post.

Here's the image. Look at the botton left. The code appear in place of the date.

Yes. It is checked already. The notification was sent to the user. He has two notifications about the certificate. The activity he has only one. The one he can view the date correctly. Why is that happening? See the notification image. The text "Parabéns! Você tem um certificado do curso O Poder do RAW" is a message that he has a new certificate for the course 'o poder do raw'.  But there's no date appearing in the certificate, only the code.

Please confirm if you are using the same certificate template in both the course  . FOr this to debig we would be needing the certificate template url ,student credentials and site admin credentials. PS : mark reply as private while sharing the info .

I'm using two different certificates. One for each course. can you please share the url of the courses also where these two certificates templates are connected  ? Certificate working: http://canaldafoto.com.br/certificates/36horas/   Certificate not working: http://canaldafoto.com.br/certificates/16horas/ It  is hard for me to locate the course in which the certificate template is connected .
