Unable to create an account

On my website : https://alfange.academy/ We can not register (via "Connection"). I spent my site in multisite, is it just that?

Can you please let me know what issues are you facing while creating the account ? Also let me know what is "connection" here ?

You have the "Connexion" button (login in french).   When you click on this button, then "Create Account", you arrive on a page : https://alfange.academy/creer-un-compte/   But I would like it happens on it : https://postimg.org/image/5c56eo0hd/ (like on your demo)

If you are using modern theme then yes it is possible. Go to wp-admin->wplms->miscellaneous->ajax registration, set it to yes and save changes. Then the registration will be done in the popup only.

Ah ok! I removed this option because when I click on, nothing happened (you could not create account). I hope it will work now!

I have this message: "ECHEC DE SÉCURITÉ. CONTACTER L'ADMINISTRATEUR" (in french) In english : "Security failure. Contact the admin". I can't create an account (you can try).   PS : What is the plugin js Parsley?   Thanks, David.
