Unable to Extend the Student Subscription

Hi, We are unable to extend the subscription of one of our student. You have shown the method in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WEGP_8mGn4. Unable to find the exact page or option like showing in video (picture 3) if we click on admin . See picture 1 and 2. If you set the course retake to 1 then every student in the course can retake the course one more time. But if you want to just increase the subscription for only 1 student then you have to go to course admin area to increase the subscription. In your case when you are clicking on the course admin tab then you are redirected to a blank page, most likely the issue is related to the permalinks. So please go to wp-admin->settings->permalinks and resave the permalinks. Let me know if this helps.
