Well we checked the update on local setups and as well as on demo setup after release none of them has these issues .I checked your site but it seems you rolled back the updates . But since we are not able to replicate the issues at our end (like profile edit becomes blank on edit ,date field not working), we would need these issues replicated at your end . Maybe a copy of your main site where these issues are appearing might work .

Yes, Please share a video and do share the credentials of your site as asked by @alex to create a staging site and share credentials of that site instead of sharing credentials of your live site here make sure you have plugins and theme version updated at your end
