    When you clicked on "Free Trial". It shows, free trial can be taken only once So you consumed your free trial already, that's why you are not able to connect right now

    Yes Diana, but the fact is that I've NEVER used a free trial before. This is the first time I attempt to do it.

    Might be possible on localhost? you tried this? It is counting it as a site(live one) Please share your email id, which you used to purchase the addons. I will locate your trials with that email id

    For Free Trials, in your case, it is not able to authenticate your Envato Details. That's why I mentioned here to authenticate again If you are buying the addon then it's okay Closing this topic now
