    1. I uploaded ppt as one of the units (multimedia), but most times it errors out or takes forever to load when I try to play as tutor/ student. Please help. 2. Even when it plays (only once I was able to load), it doesn't give pencast option of MS pptx. Any way to get it like MS Office live has it too?

    hi make sure that you have updated to the latest version of the theme and plugins and also share proper URL and credentials to check this

    Any updates? Especially GEO-based price isn't also working, which is critical for us. Check products and then the pricing page.

    The ppt URL which is you are using should be HTTPS based which fetches from server and shows on user's end. Let me know if you are still facing the issue for PPT.
