Unable to migrate to To migrate to 4.0 framework

While migrating my site is giving problem i don't know what is the issue, i tried 4 times but still no fix.

may i know on which version you are?

the latest is 4.061 and also the plugins should be:

please make sure that you have followed the tip properly

we never recommend user's to migrate the live site so I request you to please test it on testing/duplicate site

then perform it on your live site
