Unit Settings not found under front end

I have translated all the units to lecture but units under settings cannot be found. I was unable to locate the setting of unit under frontend so that I can translate them. Please how can I find the plugin holding the strings? See image below for clarification.

Hi... The unit description and the unit duration parameter comes from the vibe custom types plugin and the other strings comes from the front end plugin. You need to translate both these plugins to translate the text.
