Please I am really having serious issue with certificate template generation. I need help. The image belows shows what I get whenever I view the certificate. I don't even see the download button for pdf format too. Can I get help urgently?

Hi.. You are trying to directly view the certificate. Please assign this certificate to some user or enrol yourself in the course and assign the certificate to yourself. Then you can see the certificate for that course in your profile and when you click on it, then you'll see the certificate with the download link.
