    Sorry for all this trouble this time with the updates .

    You have to follow this above alternative method this time only to update theme manually . From next time updates will work as usual .

    We do not have a developer at the moment. We tried everything to upgrade to 3.7 including using the envato plugin but nothing worked. Can you kindly assist us to migrate to 3.7?

    yes sure we will please create your own topic sharing the site url, admin credentials and a valid ftp credentials to do this at your end .
