    hi please try this tip: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/plugins-and-updates-page-not-loading-504-error-fix/ and if doesn't work then please share your site url and admin credentials in private reply and also ftp/cpanel to check the code.

    Well for that you have to update to 3.9.9 in which this would resolve .Try to get the update without adding that tip , the page loads sometime and at that time you can update to 3.9.9 .
