Update problem

Hello, As I mentioned here -->https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/before-updating-to-4-0/ we are testing our website using the different server as staging website, and yes we have successfully installed all the components but we got lot of errors  , like critical error, could assist us? on what went wrong   thanks

Hi, Critical error can be caused by you have activated the vibebp and wplms_plugin plugins without deactivating the wplms based plugins. Please check. Tip: You can deactivate your error providing plugin by just renaming any other name If you are unable then share your FTP and site credential in private reply

Issue was in theme fixed at your end .

Hi, If you migrating to 4.0 please do a complete setup.You have to select the blank layout as well. Please see the tutorial :https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/upgrading-wplms-to-4-0/ We did not want without your acknowledge change some settings. Please confirm then we will update the site to 4.0.
