    https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/auto-updating-wplms/ i am tryign to follow this. I already placed my licence and went to dashboard/updates/check again and i was able to update the plugins but there is not an option to update the theme. what should i do?

    Well sometimes due to server traffic or network error this happens ,please try this again .Please also make sure that your api key and username does not have any spaces before or after . This is very common mistake users do while adding key. Alternative method is to updating manually : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/manually-updating-wplms/

    my api key and username do not have any spaces before and after, because the plugins are updating normally and they only update with an api key, right? I was beginning the procedure to test all my api keys when i realized that.

    I did understand the manual procedure, but i saw that 3.2 is having issues and support is experiencing high traffic, so i will wait to update in some days but i need to solve the autoupdate because i am not doing this manually every time.

    Plugins update are free .Its just theme in which it checks api key and username .Please share your site url and admin credentials to check this issue at your end . PS : mark reply as private while sharing .

    Well I checked your site but could not find any api key and username in wp-admin -> wplms -> getting started section .     i ve placed before the api key but it was not saving after i clicked save settings. Now i managed to save it,and i want to know if it is working. I am running wplms 3.2.1. you page is showing last version to be 3.0. how can i test ?

    Well to check your actual theme version you just gotta go to wp-admin -> appearance -> editor and look for the version there . refer : http://prntscr.com/hjoznt I guess you have updated your theme . for visual composer issue we need to release version 3.2.2 .

    I am still not being able to update my theme from dashboard. i will do it using ftp and this problem with VC has do vanish. After that please log in with the credentials given and test, why i am not getting automatic updates.

    i was abel to sovle the vc and even update the theme automatically but now, i am not being able to update the wplms plugin, can you please put my theme to be automatically updated?

    every time i try to upload a wplms plugin i see an error.
