updates and codes not working.

    We have a problem with our theme. 1.site is working good but if we update and codes via FTP those files and codes got saved but not getting the view. its like files got saved and not appear. 2. also if we update the theme. learners studying course-status-2 page got down and not working and etc errors. 3. in all course page we activate the auto filter option but if click the check box its not getting auto filter we need to manually we have this kind of issues in our system https://www.study365.co.uk/ this is the site we using. we need to sole this issues.

    Hi, For first question make sure the plugin or part of site is activated which is updated. and clear cache. If problem is still there then share FTP credentials with target file.   For Second and Third question, please update your theme and plugins, PS : save backup of your website and important files before updating theme. Version of theme and plugin must be same to overcome these problems and Update plugin from wp-admin>Dashboard>updates.

    In c4 course layout the course-header4.php does not load . Infact in case of c4 layout course-header3.php file loads . but you are using transparent haeder  ,in that particular cases the layout at the top is coming from wp-content/themes/wplms/templates/course/top4.php file Also I would not recommend doing changes in your main theme directly . Please use child themes to overwrite the templates of main theme . refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-use-child-theme/ Install and activate the blankchild theme available wplms package , copy the templates folder in your child theme and then make changes in it.

    we had tried two many times this updates. if we updates student couldn't start or continue course. it won't work. we couldn't able to do anything can you check it from your end. we have shared all the details. our hosting provider has no issues with the system. we confirm that. we using wp-engine. please support us we couldn't do anything with this updates.

    hi, did you update the theme and check, please read this topic from the top, i can see that from several peoples are helping. please read the issue we had done the caching clear and everything from the server side too we couldn't able to do the update if i update the theme. course-status-2 page not working for all the learners. also we had other issue also we listed in the top. how can we get the support for this.

    Okay sorry for the confusion here . Since you have nearly old version of wplms theme and its plugins ,some issues might appear . Since this its critical to update your site , I would need your wp engine credentials to create a backup point coz site might crash during this process . PS : share credentials in private reply . OR you can create a backup point in case site crashes . Then I will proceed to update your site and check the issue .

    Hi, thanks its working good, but we couldn't get the auto filtering after theme update as you suggest above. in all course page we set up categorized but when we click the check box its not getting auto filtering. please looking to this as well
