still playing around with Batches to see how we can best incorporate the plugin in our site.
Say we have two batches associated to two different WooCommerce product variants.
People can buy a course without assignments (Batch 1) or with Assignments and Certificate (Batch 2).
Can the user upgrade to Batch 2 at some point in the future, should they wish to?
if not, can Admin do that for them? If so, how?

Yes, the student just have to be enrolled in the batch for this. The admin can directly add students to the batch.

not what I meant.
I am talking about allowing a student enrolled in one Batch to upgrade to a different batch by paying the difference in price.
If this is possible, can you explain how?
If not possible for the user to do it themselves, could you please explain how admin would do that?

No, the students cannot upgrade the batch this way.
Alternatively, the students can ask admin to add them to the batch and then the admin can manually add the students to the batch.
