Urgent: Log-in not possible

When my students want to login, they get a error:

Can someone help me to look in the right direction or login and fix this? I still can login the backend, so this is not a problem.

ok, but when you press the login button (in the menu), it does give this error. And I don't seem to find the 'lost my password' thing. So when people use a wrong password, they get a error message.   What to do about the badge OS ?

disabled badge OS and now the login thing is solved. But what is causing the problem?

Well that is a third party plugin login widget you are using and also BadgeOs is a third party plugin with which we have integrated .There is no wplms theme or plugin code interfere in it . Please try to contact the badgeOs plugin author or support for this error as they know their code better than us . Also BadgeOs actually not necessary plugin for wplms .If you do not intend to use it you can deactivate BadgeOS .
