Urgent – Login is not working after update

Hi there, I made an update and login is not working :( I clear the cache and nothing. Can you help me with that?

Also I got one more problem with the list of courses. They are not showing when you visit the site, only after you referesh the site.

It seems to be a caching issue since the login is working when we open the site. Can you please try clearing cache and check the issue if it still appears.
