URGENT – Student Dashboard doesn't open

Yesterday we renewed our SSL certificate. Since then we are encountering issues accessing the Student Dashboard/Course page. No student can access those pages. And since those pages are the redirect pages upon login, it is creating more trouble for us as the students are thinking that they no longer have access to the courses that they have purchased. Please help ASAP.

Hi, Make sure that widgets are added in student side bar. Go to wp-admin>appearance>widgets>student sidebar. Refer : http://prntscr.com/jlhc7u If problem is still there after adding widgets then please share your latest wp-admin credentials.

The problem was resolved after adding the code in customizer.
