We have experienced issue
After we updated latest wplms theme, user and instructor and even admin cannot see their dashboard.
They can login but cannot redirect to see their wplms dashboard. It works if we choose different profile layout in appearance-customize. But if we select content as profile layout then it does not work.
What we are missing here?

transients are not working on your site, this seems like a third party plugin conflict.
we need to add a fallback for this to restrict the third-party plugins in code
we are going to fix it in the next update of the theme

Okay, you can deactivate all plugins if you need.
We have Redis object cache plugin activated and in Server Varnish caching in ON.
Do you want us to disable them?

I updated theme and wplms plugin just now but the same issue still remains. I cleared all cache, unchecked service worker from vibeBP settings but still cannot see dashbaord of student and instrutor. Login link in menu seems not working.
I see some errors in browser console. Even 500 internal server error.

checked on your site theme and plugins are installed with updated version
but this issue is not from theme side

it's due to elementor
it has an issue with version3.0.0
his issue with elementor appeared in many sites which is why elementor released their 3.0.1 and 3.0.2 upgrades in a few hours.
also don't use elementor pro with theme
there is a pending issue with theme and elementor pro

please update elementor version and then check

I upgraded elementor Version 3.0.3 and deactivated the elementor pro.
But still has same issue.
I can see profile menu link along with notifications, settings and logout but when i click profile link it shows profile but it does not redirect to dashboard as it was before. It just stuck. But now I don't see any error in console.

It seems it working for you but its not working for me here.
I tested on mac firefox both private and normal mode and also tried on tor browser. Same issue.
Do you want me to clear existing cache or something ?
