Sir, My plan about website is, user can submit the registration form. After submission, he will redirect to a thank you page. Then after admin approve the user, an activation link will send to the user. After his activation. He will click on Apply Course button. Kindly help me with this.

Well registration in wplms is handled by the buddypress plugin .for user approve feature you can use third party plugins.
