using Accredible for certificates

Hello, we are using Accredible for certificates. We need the sending by email of certificates to be automatic. Yes, we found out that is the issue in plugin "Vibe Course Module." It will be fixed in our next update. Thanks n Regards

well these are wp-admin credentials not ftp credentials . we need ftp credentials to fix this . https://support.hostgator.com/articles/how-to-create-an-ftp-account-in-cpanel

Thanks for the reply. I don' t use CPanel, I have my own servers and security policies and I do not enable the FTP service. I prefer to wait for the next update.
