    When someone registers my site, a notification is saying we have sent a verification email but it does not reach to the respective email, so what is the solution?

    hi, sorry for the delay in response due to support holiday. please make sure you have enable touch points in lms setting and also enable the welcome email setting in registration form.

    Dear user Please note that the activation emails is sent by the Buddypress in plain text as of now . Please check if you have setup any activation emails in Buddypress emails from wp-admin >> emails . If not then please set one . refer : http://prntscr.com/brx18f http://prntscr.com/brx1ju

    Well please check if there is an activation email present in your wp-admin -> emails by navigating to this link :
    http://your-site.com/wp-admin/edit.php?taxonomy=bp-email-type&term=core-user-registration&post_type=bp-email

    If there is no any then please create one.

    you can refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/emails-not-working/ for the confirmation are you able to receive any other mails?
