Vibe shortcode not accessible

Hello!! I'm trying to add elements by using vibe shortcode on the activity page but when clicked on the shortcode icon a blank popup loads up, irrespective of the element I choose from the drop-down menu. Please help me out with the issue. Below is the attached image of the blank pop-up mentioned:

Hi this error is generarlly comes from server security itself .sometimes server blocks requests returning purely html which we do in showing the popup . so please contact your webhost if they are blocking any url having this : wp-content/plugins/wplms_plugin/includes/vibe-shortcodes/tinymce/popup.php?popup=icons&width=800&random=1637590637486 on this .

Thanks!! I adjusted some of the optimizations on the server-side and the shortcodes are back again.
