Video Bookmark & Watching Prompt

These are 2 features I think are important for online video courses. The video bookmark - Automatically save the point in a video where a user left off watching (due to window close, log off, crash, etc) so that hen the use logs back in they can pick up at the video at the point where they left off. This would make for a much better user experience. Watching prompt - This is similar to what Newtflix does. This would allow the course admin to set a specific time (say every 15 minutes) to pause the video and have a visual prompt come up asking the viewer "Are you still watching?" and requiring a button click to proceed. This feature is important so that users actually watch a required video and don't simply start it and leave the room. Here's a visual reference for what Netflix does...
