Fixed at your end please check now . set BootStrap 4 & Offload scripts in wp-admin -> wplms to no.

yes for the quiz issue please add this custom css in your wp-admin -> appearance -> customize -?> custom css .

This was already resolved last year. You have to create multi-bit rate adaptive videos . The WPLMS inbuilt player supports it, see video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6hDPgX5Dlw
