Video overlay isn't appearing in the courses

Hi Team, Please view the screenshot to see how the videos are looking in the courses. They are just appearing white. The overlaid image isn't showing. Can you please suggest a solution?

Yes, I have followed this tutorial. But the problem still persists. The issue seems to be only in the Safari browser.
