Vimeo Uploading issue via video vibe

Dear Vibe Team, We facing the uploading issue which means we try to upload the videos in vimeo its uploaded but not store into the showcase and instructors try to upload the videos via video vibe it been happen same problem again our videovibe and vimeo all settings have been correct but this issue occurs. We have no idea to fix this problem, we already posted this issue on your Wplms Forum but no one give me a solution for that so please give me a solution to regarding this problem fast us possible we hope you.
