warning message at course statuse

when I create a course the try to start shows this at course status: [{{{site.name}}}] Membership request for group “{{group.name}}” rejected </div> Your membership request for the group "{{group.name}}" has been rejected.   I dont have any membership plugin installed or etc my previous courses are OK those other instructor created
