Hi, our website has become completely slow. And I can't get even 50 to 1o0 concurrent users on the website at once. I have done caching also but it is of no help. The loading time of the site is 13 to 15 seconds I heard from the hosting support that there are some MySQL queries that get killed because some of the queries are taking around 40 seconds Can you give me a detailed solution to reduce the speed of the website? We are planning to get around 500 concurrent users on our portal and the speed like this would definitely cause a big problem. Please help us with this soon as it's a high priority for us.

@nitwayne, please try deactivating third party plugins in your site and again check this issue. Please use query monitor plugin to check which plugin is eating much of you server resources . https://kinsta.com/blog/query-monitor/ Using caching techniques like memcached, opcache on server side might improve some speed . Also follow this caching tip : https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/wplms-with-w3-total-cache/ Deactivate plugins that you don't feel necessary Please also try disabling touch points if you have enabled them from wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> touch points .

    • will reply you in next msg.
3: Totally depends on server. Contact your server administrative. 4) Regarding touchpoints, does this mean it's on or off ===> Answer is it is Off.

For site speed: please make sure that Envato market plugin is deactivated in your setup. if not then please deactivate it. It is having some issues with the current version of Wordpress.   refer this tip to deactivate it: https://www.ostraining.com/blog/wordpress/disable-a-wordpress-plugin/   The second step is to install this plugin "query monitor" refer this tip to know which plugin is actually putting the load on your server: https://kinsta.com/blog/query-monitor/   Using caching techniques like memcached, opcache on server side might improve some speed .   Also try switching to php version 7.0 (not 7.1 ,its unstable and is not compatible with theme ) .   Also follow this caching tip : https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/wplms-with-w3-total-cache Deactivate plugins that you dont feel necessary   Please also try disabling touch points  if you have enabled them from wp-admin -> lms -> setitngs -> touch points .

you would need to use the script minification feature of w3 total cache plugin . and secondly use the " CDN " to serve the scripts and images (USE JECTPACK) plugin for this .

For Scripting settings of w3 cache follow this tip: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-with-w3-total-cache/ Yes, you can use CDN But I will advise you to use wp rocket instead: settings are here: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/wp-rocket-user-cache-with-wplms/#post-190537
