    I cannot create meeting in zoom as I cannot select Host user, nothing appears from host user dropdown box. I enetered 8 characters password and all other details but end of the process i cannot select host user, what is host user ? Login details are in next message.

    Yes, the issue is facing at your site. Checked with my zoom details but not worked. Please share FTP in a private reply.

    I have found two issues that 1- Your zoom API key and secret not working at my end please check if these are valid or not. 2- Also disable the third-party plugins causing the issue to send requests from your site to the zoom server(for host fetch).

    Okay its working. I created meeting and later tonight i will have live with someone. Hope that will work as i tried yesterday with bigbluebutton but meeting url never created and when i clicked the meeting button it shows wrong url. So hope this time zoom won't let me down. You seem very knowledgeable and you know where to look. Really appreciable. If you don't mind would you please look at this issue, i am just now frustrated sorting this issue for last 2 days. Basically i wanted to create a course, it goes well but at end the process screen frozen, i had to refresh the page to see whats going on. I can see the course was created in backend and wooocommerce product is created but not with all details. ( And I removed the elementor pro header and footer, realized they don't work with buddypress so i used now wplms theme header and footer. ) I would say have a look this ticket. I explained in details with screenshot.     Regarding zoom, i can record and i can download in my computer after the meeting but in our dashbaord it does not have view recording button, it says no recordings found.     Also do you know how long we can record the meeting? is there any limitation? Thank you.

    If you are a free user you can only record on a computer else you can record on a zoom server. Zoom clients have an option where you want to record when you open in new tab. Check the zoom pricing https://zoom.us/pricing Can you tell me what was the exact issue is that third-party plugin causing this I haven't faced this type of issue yet? Let us know if can close this thread?

    No issue so far, only issue is no recording found message after i end the meeting. But i can download recording in my computer. okay got it as i cannot keep the recording in zoom server as i am free user. We are thinking to get education license and may be then we can record on zoom server. Good. Please close this ticket.
