To the user registration and forgetting password does not arrive confirmation to the mail registered before

goto wp-admin -> lms - > settings -> emails -> email options -> edit activation email template -> check if there is any template there . Please check if the other emails like forgot password is working on your website or not. try to setup postman smtp plugin : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/postman-smtp-for-emails/
