    Hi, I do have a problem. My homepage is "white". Tried to Check the "debug" function in config-file - have had no effect. I deinstalled some Plugins - no effect too. Need help. I would proved ftp login details if necessary. Thanks Julia

    Hello there, i am not able to access anything http://prntscr.com/lrw0jc Please let me know if i am doing something wrong. 500 error does not come up with theme it is server issue. Refer: https://www.westhost.com/knowledgebase/display/WES/What+Is+A+500+error I need your cpanel url & credentials to check the issue on your server. Regards.

    Dear friend, Please contact to your web host provider ask them to provide ftp/ sftp credentials. cpanel is a hosting credentials that you have received from hosting company. at the very beginning, you have used it to install the wordpress there. Waiting for response.

    After spending a lot of hours debugging, I found that you've given incorrect information. I tested and found that the 09 setup is active in your site and not the 10. ... will be updating further details soon.

    this issue is coming from one of your plugins installed. it must be coming from any 3rd party plugin you have installed in your website.
    by accessing your ssh, i have deactivated all the plugins and that time i was able to access your wp-admin screen because you have not provided me the wp-admin credentials i could not fix the issue.
