I enable bp social connect with facebook login it work normally, but when i enable bp social connect with google login the screen is white.

There is an issue with twitter, but facebook and google login works fine on our test setup and also on our demo sites. The issue may be related to your app settings and the api key, so try checking your app settings and the api key.

will it make difference if we use domain with and without "www" while creating API

google plus also works fine, you can also check it on the live demo site. Yes the "www" makes the difference if your site is www then use www otherwise do not use it in your app settings.

Okay please make sure that you are using latest version of Bp social connect and please try saving the settings again in bp social connect plugin settings in each tab once again . Please also do make sure that you have provided proper api key and secrets in the google or facebook settings .

No this cannot be related to smtp in any manner, smtp is only for the emails and bp social connect plugin is not related to smtp in any manner.

We are able to solve problem by installing mcrypt and cURL on our server. Hope this will help other customers who have linux based server hosting. You can close this discussion for now.
