    @sarahsisto Please check your site now that your issue is resolved or not? I have uploaded the blank space image on your footer so now the path of the image is not showing. The path of the image is default so when ever you remove the logo that path will see in footer. So i upload this blank space image. Please don't remove this image if you want nothing to show.

    @sarahsisto Yes you can remove that line: add this below custom css code in wp-admin->Appearance->Customize->Custom CSS div#footerbottom { border-top: 0px solid rgba(0,0,0,.08) !important; } refer: http://prntscr.com/o3a5xp
