Window scroll down automatically on Mac Book

Hi There, <span style="color: #212121; font-family: arial, sans-serif; white-space: pre-wrap;">When I am on a laptop (Mac Book) and I scroll with the pad the window drops automatically all the way down.</span> Do you know why is there this issue ?
