I have all the settings configured in woocommerce settings to send the invoice to customers but they are not receiving anything. You can test by checking out with this free product https://www.communitelligence.com/product/becoming-an-authentic-trusted-strategic-advisor-free-webinar/ I have had customer check in spam folder but nothing there either. Help please

I was not able to replicate this issue at our demo site . woocommerce order complete emails are woking fine please check : http://prntscr.com/azovx2 Please check if the simple wordpress user activation emails are working fine on your site . I would like to mention here that this is purely handled by the woocommerce itself and wplms does not interfere at all in woocommerce emails . So please check if other emails are sending our and woocommerce email settings. Try contacting your webhost on this .

OK, I found these emails were going to spam. Now a bigger problem. When a customer purchases this free product http://www.communitelligence.com/product/becoming-an-authentic-trusted-strategic-advisor-free-webinar/ and then goes to their "my courses" this course does not show up. When you click the link to the course http://www.communitelligence.com/course/becoming-an-authentic-trusted-strategic-advisor/ it shows the course is private. How do I get this working corrrectly?

If you connect a product to the course and do not set any price and instead make the course as free, then the course will be private course and users can only be added manually in that course. Now the users cannot purchase that course to enter it, instead you have to manually add them through course admin. Or you can simply set a price to the product and not make the course free to allow users to purchase the course and enter in it. This is not an issue, this is actually how a private course works.

Thanks for this info. I did not know the free courses worked that way.

Thanks happy to help. This is a feature in the course because many users demands that they want the course to be private and wants to add the students manually only and do not want other users to purchase it. So we added this feature a long ago in wplms. So marking the topic as resolved and closing the topic.
