April 30, 2020 at 6:20 am #255504ZatakkSpectatorHi The woocommerce My account AND all other pages are not showing and instead the wplms dashboard is showing - without content. It says the page is not accesible. They are showing properly when Memberpress is being disabled. Somewhere the hooks called by WPLMS Dashboard are mixing up between Memberpress and WooCommerce. Please help me sort this out.April 30, 2020 at 6:22 am #255505ZatakkSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.May 1, 2020 at 5:41 am #255774DianaParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.May 1, 2020 at 6:25 am #255794ZatakkSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.May 2, 2020 at 2:56 pm #256181DianaParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.May 2, 2020 at 5:14 pm #256197ZatakkSpectatorHi I am doing some trouble shooting and when you checked the woocommerce might have been disabled. Also you probably didnt get my query. Firstly i dont have pmpro. Its memberpress that I am using. Is there a easier way to communicate as it takes almost 24 hrs for every Question & its Answer and after 2 days I am still trying to make you understand. I will try again and see how long it takes to actually resolve this issue.
All woocommerce shortcodes are getting overwritten by Memberpress codes including the menu items in the Profile Menu of Buddypress.
They work only when Memberpress is deactivated.
Similarly some of the memberpress codes are getting replaced by WooCommerce codes.
This has happened very suddenly and need urgent help on this.
I have share admin as well as student credentials. I am sure you will use them pls.May 4, 2020 at 12:17 pm #256527Anshuman SahuKeymasterError is actually coming from your child theme :http://prntscr.com/saoear I deactivated it and it works fine . Please check your code in your templates folder .May 4, 2020 at 12:50 pm #256543ZatakkSpectatorSorry but the error is still there even if child theme is deactivated. When you have checked probably the woocommerce is deactivated. Otherwise Orders Tab is also shown in Memberpress Menu. Similarly the WooCommerce Menu itself is not coming (1) Account page Slug for Memberpress is account. (2) Account page Slug for WooCommerce account is my-account. But this gets replaced by (1). Status when both plugins are activated. http://prnt.sc/sap4z3 Status when the Membrepress is deactivated and Woocommerce is active - http://prnt.sc/sap4ex Status when Woocomerce is deactivated and Memberpress is active - http://prnt.sc/sap7hf ( This is same as your screenshot) The child theme is actually a wplms blank child theme. And there are only a couple of mycred and woocommerce check out fields related functions only. And none on memberpress.May 5, 2020 at 1:42 pm #256926Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell all of these are related to Memberpress plugin please contact their support on this .May 5, 2020 at 2:42 pm #256965ZatakkSpectatorOh !!
