woocommerce payment processing failed always

Please I am having serious payment issue here. The woocommerce payment reconciliation is not working. The payment always failed to proceed and I do not know what how to go about it. I receive my money from the payment gateway we use and it is always successful but this is the message I get afterwards in the image below and students do not get course. <b></b><i></i><u></u>

Well wplms does not have its own payment system . It uses woocommerce payment system .And during woocommerce payments wplms does not interfere at all . So this is an issue between  your payment gateway and woocommerce plugin . Please try contacting your payment gateway support on this .
