WooCommerce Setup Wizard Error

In WP-ADMIN, i see “Welcome to WooCommerce – You‘re almost ready to start selling :)” with a “Run the Setup Wizard” & “Skip Setup” Buttons. When i suppose to click “Run the Set up” it says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” I’m in the Administrator Level but why it says like it. How to resolve this issue.</span>

The theme already installs it. Please click on skip setup and ignore this.
