Dear team, we are on WPLMS 4 and installed couple of days back. We are trying to use the certificate short code "[certificate_student_date]" which displays date on which Certificate was awarded to the Student is not working. We also followed to record activity of the user and the admin can see all the activity pertaining to the user. But the certificate short code is not projecting the data and just show as [certificate_student_date] on the user certificates. Would you able to provide support to resolve this please. FYI, I had verified the functionality on your demo portal https://wplms.io/demos/default where you had provided a sample certificate on software training course with certificate number 687-73-1 on name "Steve". So, I had checked this number on your demo portal certificate validator and it got failed. This was working earlier with 3.9 version of demo site. So, it looks like a bug with version 4.hi, for certificate validator i need to concern the same with my teammates I think it can be an issue but for the date, it is working. http://prntscr.com/tyb01fThanks for your support. Certificate Student Date is still an issue and not working in VibeBP and WPLMS 1.1.4 plugin versions. The certificate you had generated was the old one which worked in VibeBP and WPLMSLMS 1.1.3 versions. After update to version 1.1.4, it is not working any more. For your reference, with the same user id ([email protected]), I had enrolled to another course "WPLMS Test 2" and the date is again null.
