WPLMS 4 migraiton Problem With Users’ Acceess to Courses

Hi we've migrated from 3.x.x to 4.x.... Now, users can login but when they click on start course and directed to member-directory page. The page is blank. When we create a new user that user can se the course. However migrated users just see white blanl page.   I'll be glad if you can help me ASAP.   Thanks in advance.

My plugins seem to be up-to-date... VibeBP 1.1.6 - WPLMS 1.1.7.. When I login as admin there is no problem but with user (Student) account when I click on Start Course I just see a white blank page (for member-directory link) See the versions of the plugins here : https://yadi.sk/i/LFYTZj-KpNUxWA My customer is waiting for me to open the site again after the urdate. Will be glad if you can solve this issue asap. Regards

hi,

please make sure that you have set the pages correctly

in wp-admin>>settings>>buddypress>>pages

and then check for the pages should be: http://prntscr.com/tzlgh8

and open these pages check they should work open them and check

also share the details to check this out on your site

Hi again... The pager are ok. I can see and start courses with admin account... But Students cannot do so. When they click on Start Course they just see white blank page. Can there be a problem with API for React? My customer looses confidence and getting angry now. Please help me ASAP. Thanks.

we need to check this on your site please provide admin credentials and student credential as well

we never suggest any user to go for such big update on the running site with live users

if you have live users on your site with running course then i suggest you to please first implement the same on the testing site and update the same on running site.

you can create staging/testing site and can perform the update there then apply the changes on your live site

never forgot to take the backup of your live site before making changes.
