WPLMS assignment file upload issue

When transferring the WPLMS to a cpanel-hosting, assignment with files upload stopped working correctly. The system shows that the file is allegedly loaded. But when checked by the instructor, the file is not there. Also the file is not showing up in the media folder in wp-admin. But once you upload a file in wp-admin, it changes its name, adding an index to the file, for example, 7 (if before that I had 6 attempts to upload this file on behalf of a student). Trying to open old files (6/5/4... attempt) does not work. And there are no mistakes showing in cpanel or console connected to this function. *We tried with different file formats, names and sizes - still doesn't work. What can be the reason?

hi means the file is not uploaded please check if fileinfo extension and ziparchive extension are enabled on PHP Server or not.
