I installed the batches plugin and add 2 batches to one of our courses.
The batches are on two different dates for the course
I have two problems that I would like to understand:
1. Before someone purchases a course, is it possible to choose one of the dates? or customer need to purchase the course and then invite him to the batch that he wants?
How is it work? I didn’t see any changes after I add the batches.
2. On the course page there is a section called groups, when I press on it’s not taking me to the groups/batches page. I use the 4.0 Version.
Well you can set “Enable Course auto subscribe for Batch students” from wp-admin -> lms -> settings.
then with wplms woocommerce course product variation you can select a batch in it which user to be assigned to .
This way user will be assigned to that batch and will be added to course as well and your batch has date so it server the purpose .

Additional question: there is probably a contradiction in databases – since of install of batches plugin we can not add lessons neither in FrontEnd VibeBP nor in BackEnd in LMS. In BackEnd the system does not see the lesson to add, while in FrontEnd it adds the lesson but when we go to final Publish green button to save the Curriculum a notification pops-up “Server offline! We saved the data and we will retry once connection resumes”. We’ve checked with the server, they say it operates properly, but they do see an error coming from a plugin. Could you pls check whether Batches contradicts with other plugins to produce this error? Thanks in advance,
Hi ,We checked the screenshots seems like the cart product actually does not adding the batch information which is why on checkout the batch is not adding to course .
Please share your admin credentials and course url to check this at your end .
Hi I checked your site and found that you are not selling batch using wplms woocommerce addon . The link on enrol now is showing course product link which does not adds user to batch but only add user to course .
Also on checkout you are using elementor customized checkout which is showing create an account fields even when im already logged into wordpress , this might create another account and add the course to that one not the current one . https://screencast-o-matic.com/i/c3fIIrVqPDf

After purchase of course user can come to course home again where he can enroll any of the batches.We check if user is already a student in course and have not enrolled to any batch(setting Students must be enrolled in a Batch to pursue this course must be enabled) , then we allow user to enrol is any batch just by clicking the enrol button .
