    We watched the video and successfully configured the firebase and filled out all details and it shows in PWA dashboard, i can see icon, when it clicks it open the chatbox and then it stucks, loading icon and stucks. in browser console, we see few error related to js. https://prnt.sc/10ilj4d Why we are seeing this message? We added the rules in firebase database already. and why we see Check out whats new in version 1.2 read more. Our version is wplms chat 1.3. website: hublearn.com

    Hi, We have already a chat option in 4.x. You can refer this configuration doc: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/setting-up-firebase-live-chat/ Note:: You do not need the wplms-chat plugin for 4.x.

    The link (https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/setting-up-firebase-live-chat/) you sent has a youtube video link but its only social media integration, it does not say anything about chat integration. Am I missing something? And I already have google firebase config setup.

    Update: If I login as Student then I can see chat sidebar in PWA dashboard. But If I login with another email where I am both admin and student then I don't see chat sidebar in PWA like the screenshot (https://prnt.sc/10kgdr9). But If I login as admin and instructor then i can see chat in PWA dashbaord. Explain: https://prnt.sc/10le1ka

    Yes, this is an issue. We have debugged this and found this issue with the firebase. Where users have changed passwords from WordPress causes this issue. We are working on it. I'll let you know or fixes will be added in the next update with the update log.
