The emails notifications are not sending to administrator, when users made some functions in the plataform. can u help-me ?

Well please simply follow this tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/touch-points-emails-messages-notifications/ Please also enable Private messaging Component from wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> componenets .
