WPLMS not sending email

Hello, I migrated the email templates to buddypress and I customized some than. After that, LMS stopped to sent email notifications as "welcome", "reset password", etc. I verified some the steps before open this topic: 1 - wp-admin > LMS > Settings > Emails > Enable welcome email = enabled 2 - I've the "WP Mail SMTP" configure wiht mailgum as relay and I tested delivery = it is OK 3 - I requested the recover password directly WordPress (wp-login.php?action=lostpassword) and I received the link to reset password, but if request recover password via WPLMS login (bbpress), is showing that recovery message was sent (https://prnt.sc/101z9tu) but email doesn't reach on my email box. hi please contact your WebHost/server if they are blocking the mails let us know all emails are not working or only particular one
